This acceptable use policy applies to everyone who uses Zantrey Cloud, the Modulix software, zantrey.com and our other services (the "Services"). It forms part of our Terms of service. Customers are responsible for making sure their Users follow it.
1. Use the Services lawfully
Do not use the Services to:
- break any law or regulation, including data protection, anti-spam, export control and sanctions laws;
- store, process or share data you have no right to use, or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- commit fraud, launder money, deceive people or impersonate any person or organization;
- store or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing or hateful, or that exploits or endangers children.
2. Keep the Services secure
Do not:
- access or try to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorized to access, including other customers' data;

If you discover a security vulnerability in the Services, please report it to legal@zantrey.com, and do not exploit or disclose it before we have had a reasonable opportunity to fix it.
3. Respect shared resources
Do not interfere with or disrupt the Services, place an unreasonable load on them, exceed or try to get around the API rate limits described in the Documentation, or access the Services by automated means other than the published API and integration features.
4. Send messages responsibly
If you send emails or other messages through Modulix, send them only to people who have agreed to receive them or whom you are otherwise lawfully allowed to contact, identify yourself clearly, and honour unsubscribe requests promptly. Do not send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
5. Stay within your licence
Do not copy, resell or sublicense the Services, offer them to third parties as a hosted service, or use them to build a competing product, except as your Order Form allows.
6. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, we may remove or disable access to the content concerned or suspend access to the Cloud Service as described in the Terms of service. Where possible, we will contact you first and give you an opportunity to fix the problem. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to termination.
