Cookie policy
Effective October 19, 2026
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies are used on zantrey.com, why, and how you can control them. Please read it together with our Privacy policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage and scripts that read information about your browser, work in a comparable way. In this policy we call them all "cookies". First-party cookies are set by the site you are visiting; third-party cookies are set by another service whose content the site includes.
2. In short
zantrey.com does not set cookies of its own, and it does not use advertising cookies. Pages with a form use a bot-protection check from Cloudflare. We do not currently use analytics cookies. If we add analytics, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it. HubSpot receives what you submit in our forms, but its tracking code is not loaded on the site.
3. Strictly necessary
- Cloudflare Turnstile (third party). Loaded only on pages that contain a form, such as the demo request and contact forms. It runs a security check, usually invisible to you, that tells people apart from automated programs by evaluating technical signals about your browser and device. It runs in a frame served from challenges.cloudflare.com and may store a short-lived token or cookie on Cloudflare's domain for the duration of the check. It does not set cookies on zantrey.com and is used only to protect our forms from spam and abuse. Because our forms cannot be protected without it, it does not require consent.
Website fonts are served from our own servers, so viewing the site does not send requests to a font provider.
4. Analytics (not currently used)
We do not run analytics on zantrey.com today. If we start, we expect to use the tools below, and we will update this policy before we do.
- Google Tag Manager (third party). Would manage analytics tags on the site. Tag Manager itself does not set cookies to identify you; it loads the tags we configure in it.
- Google Analytics (third party), if loaded through Tag Manager. Would set cookies named
_gaand_ga_followed by an identifier, which distinguish visitors and sessions so that we can count visits and see which pages are useful. They last up to two years. We do not use this data for advertising, and we keep analytics data for no longer than 14 months.
Where the law requires consent for analytics cookies, for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom and Quebec, these tags would run only after you agree in a consent banner, and you could withdraw your consent at any time through the same banner. Where consent is not required, you can opt out as described in section 7.
5. HubSpot
We use HubSpot to receive and manage the information you submit through our forms. When you submit a form, your answers are sent from our server to HubSpot; HubSpot's form scripts are not loaded in your browser. We do not load HubSpot's tracking code, so HubSpot does not set cookies on zantrey.com. If a HubSpot visitor cookie (hubspotutk) is nevertheless present in your browser for our site, our form handler passes it to HubSpot with your submission so that the two are linked. If we decide to add HubSpot's tracking code, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
6. The Modulix application
Zantrey Cloud, the Modulix application, uses its own strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in securely. It is set only when you sign in, cannot be read by scripts on the page, and is not used for analytics or advertising. Self-hosted installations of Modulix set the same cookie on the customer's own domain; Zantrey does not receive it.
7. How to control cookies
- Consent choices. If we introduce analytics and ask for consent, you will be able to accept or refuse analytics cookies, and change your choice at any time.
- Browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, including third-party cookies. If you block the bot-protection check, our forms may not work; you can still reach us at hello@zantrey.com.
- Google Analytics opt-out. Google offers a browser add-on that stops Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
8. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy whenever we change the cookies or tags used on the site, and change the effective date at the top of this page.
